So yes, there are  many threads that now weave together through what I offer as a Trauma Therapist, Coach, Healer and Magdalene Rose Grail Priestess.

There’s lots to choose from. One to One, Group Events or Magdalene Retreats in Glastonbury and Rosslyn, Scotland. I see clients from three beautiful locations: My home in Congleton Cheshire, a stunning therapy clinic in Marylebone, London, and The Temple of Avalon in Glastonbury. I also work internationally over zoom.

I work with both Men and Women. Also with some very specific focus on Women and Womb Healing.

My first love and passion is Clinical Hypnotherapy, anchored by ethics, nuanced linguistics and the Trauma Informed principle of ‘First do no harm’. I offer a rare combination of truly grounded Emotional Therapy and Applied Psychology approaches with Psycho-Spiritual Life Coaching and the multidimensional ways of working which might be described as Shamanic Priestessing. All is stitched with a lightness & humour, whilst we tackle the serious areas of difficulty and stuckness that you might be experiencing.

I believe my dharmic mission is at the heart and soul of everything I create, whether it be obvious or not!

And that is to assist others in navigating and deepening into their own Grail Path - this means to Reunify and to Embody the very highest expressions of our own Divine, Godself. The creational polar forces of our Electric Sacred Masculine and our Magnetic Divine Feminine, within our energy fields, our bodies, hearts and most especially for Women, within our Wombs.

Why should this matter? This Reunion and Inner Marriage which replaces and heals past wounding, separation and isolation, could be described as 'The Holy Grail’. The Grail Priestess lineages are devoted to Reunion, sometimes called Sacred Union, Divine Union, Hieros Gamos  or Sacred Reunification. This is relevant for all of us, some might say that this is indeed our Ascension pathway. It is an inner Hero’s / Heroine’s journey, and whilst of course it will also reflect into our outer world, our relationships, sexuality and intimacy - being in an outer ‘union’ with a parter is not necessary for, or a symbol of our Inner Union.

In fact ironically, many devotees of the true Grail lineages are consciously celibate for long periods.

How is this all relevant to our path of Healing & Personal Growth?

So in my approach to Trauma Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psycho-Spiritual Life Coaching, Shamanic Healing and Energy Psychology, we are always cultivating something within which is deeply healing, empowering and bringing you back to your sense of Sovereignty of Being.

We are healing, soothing and calling back home wounded, fractured Inner Child Parts. Through the lens of polarity we could see this as healing and maturing both the Wounded, Immature Feminine and the Wounded, Immature Masculine aspects of ourselves which were primarily formed when we were children. Often through Trauma experienced as a one off event, this could cause what we call PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Or indeed through repeated and related Trauma events which could cause what we call CPTSD - Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am trained and Trauma Informed in multiple modalities to help bring resolution to both these expressions of unresolved and unprocessed Trauma.

To simplify what Wounded Masculine and Wounded Feminine traits or issues might be, I often ask clients to reflect on the Trauma events or upsetting times that were ‘caused by’ either men, male figures in their lives, or conversely by women. These imprints of negative, unloving, neglectful or perhaps even abusive energy from men or women can damage our own developing Inner Masculine and Inner Feminine constructs, most especially from Mother or Father figures or key care givers. They can also damage our relationship with and connection to the Father and / or Mother aspects of God, creating a God Wound alongside Father & Mother Wounds.

The full picture in healing & integrating our Inner Masculine and Feminine Wounds and Parts, so that we can truly embody and Reunify our healthy mature Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine aspects of Self, also needs to include what’s happening in our multidimensional field and contributing to our Wounding & Programming.

• What did we bring into this life as a Soul that we are here to heal & transcend?

• What has been passed down to us through our lineages, bloodlines, ancestry which we are here to end, heal and evolve from?

• What Karmic cycles have we experienced through past lives, both as victim & perpetrator, most especially relating to people in this life that we have challenging relationships with?

So in my work we will often be clearing and healing through Past Lives and our Maternal and Paternal Lineages. This might be Trauma related, Karmic, due to Soul Level Contracts, Entities, Implants, Curses or some form of Dark Magic. It’s important to use an integrative approach, and for Women this also includes Womb Healing, for which I have become well known, especially from my YouTube channel.

From an Integrative Trauma Healing perspective we are safely and expertly journeying and exploring our inner landscapes and Somatic Imprints of Trauma, Belief Systems, Societal Programming and the Negative or Limiting energetic impact that those snapshots in time have had, accompanied by those difficult emotions such as shock, shame, fear, rage, abandonment, betrayal, sadness, grief, aloneness….

And then we are consciously and lovingly re-working them in a new more adult way. We are essentially re-parenting ourselves and our fragile or isolated Inner Child Parts so that they can feel safe and bring their previously fractured energy into harmony, good use and integration within us.

All of this process helps us to regulate our nervous system, re-centre back to inner peace more quickly after triggering, and to experience life as a truly mature adult rather than an upset kid running our affairs in a grown up body!

This of course is the aim of most good Therapy and Coaching. It leads to a happier more fulfilling life, greater success, better relationships, improved health, deeper intimacy and can even help us create and receive more money and wealth into our lives.

When we layer in the multidimensional approach, in addition to what we experienced in ‘This Life’ it really assists us in tapping into those other root or contributory causes or ‘energy nodes’ that we hold in our multidimensional field of energy.

This makes for a more potent experience within Therapy, Coaching, Healing & Priestessing sessions, often bringing about faster progress, insight, revelation and lived transformation.

This is all relevant for the process of Embodiment of our Highest Selves.

Embodying our Highest Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine aspects into Inner Marriage, Sacred Union, Hieros Gamos… first requires our Inner Child Healing & Integration and the raising of our Inner Self Awareness. This leads to us being able to take higher and more consistent Personal Responsibility, so we can show up for ourselves, others, our relationships and businesses from a Higher Level of Consciousness Development.

The Higher the level of Consciousness Development that we can Embody - not just talk about or know from a logical level, but really ground into our Somatic Cellular experience and responses…. The closer we are to Higher Self Embodiment of our very Highest and Purest Essence Expressions of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine. Our own Soul’s Goldprint of King & Queen, Lover & Beloved, Divine Father & Divine Mother.

Every step along this pathway is a process of Embodying the Sovereignty of our Soul into our human vessel, our chosen Body Temple for this lifetime.

And it is all a rightful Re-templating of our Creational Divine Trinity of Divine Father - Divine Mother - Golden Child.

The Golden Child Metaphor relates to what we are here to Create. From our Divinely Aligned Creations, what Fruit are we here to Bear?

One of my favourite lines from the Bible is …

I love essence of completion within this metaphor, because we all desire to co-create with God and to bring our desires, intentions and goals to fruition, to full healthy bloom….

Every layer and stage on my path as an Awakened Woman and Priestess Practitioner has brought me to the multi faceted way that I now work and facilitate deep transformation for my male and female clients.

Psychology Degree and Eating Disorders Thesis

My passion as a young woman was the workings of the Human Psyche. After a traumatic childhood and various manifestations in my own behaviour and psychological state of adaptive strategies, I immersed in my Psychology Degree at London University, most especially my final year when I received a first for my Clinical Psychology Thesis on Eating Disorders and their root causes.

Executive Business Career

After university I went to work in my other passion, Fashion. I enjoyed a meteoric rise to Fashion Buying Director and later Board Level Director. One Director role saw me in charge of a £500 million a year women’s fashion retailer over the UK and Europe.

It was in this executive environment that I first received and also trained in Executive Coaching. My skill in this field created the perfect bridge out of the Fashion industry after a stellar 15 year career, and into a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Advanced Linguistics.

Clinical Therapy and Trauma Training

I trained in a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Advanced Linguistics, with the extraordinarily talented master teacher/trainer and Hayhouse author Dr. Phil Parker PhD of  London Metropolitan University.

On completion I also trained in Advanced Energy Psychology with Professor Tony Stewart of Staffordshire University.

This potent combination of four Trauma informed modalities launched me confidently into private clinical practice in 2013 with offices in Central London and Cheshire. I facilitated deep transformation for clients across a varied client base, serving those with clinical depression, anxiety, obsessions, addictions, eating disorders and all trauma based expressions of Psychological & Emotional difficulty. 
As well as Executive and Performance Coaching.

Kundalini Awakening

In 2016 I experienced a dramatic Kundalini Awakening process, which is lifelong rather than a one off event. This took me into a much deeper spiritual understanding of our nature, even though there was already a strong spiritual aspect to my work, with this development it became much more of a focus within my work, and my Siddhis or Psychic Spiritual gifts had begun to open up.

Just one year later I was misdiagnosed whilst having a burst appendix which caused me sepsis, surgery and a stay in hospital.

At this point I had what is known as a ‘walk in’. Rather than another soul waking in, it was a rapid embodiment of Higher Aspects of Self which lead to a sudden ability for advanced Spiritual Healing and Energy Healing abilities.

Shamanic Priestess Path

I trained with several Shamanic Teachers and was attuned and initiated with a Shaman of the Shipobo Peruvian lineage, most especially with Vocal Channelling and Sacred Sound work in 2018.

The following year I became a Womb Wisdom Keeper, receiving and passing on the Munay-Ki 13th Rite of The Womb and creating a super powerful Womb Healing transmission with this for my YouTube channel which I’m evolving this year with more healing creations, as it’s been an extraordinarily successful platform for my work and brings me new global clients each month.

Around the same time I began entering into Magdalene Rose Mystery Schools and trainings.

The Venusian Magdalene Rose lineage is within my Soul Goldprint.

And my dharmic path and devotional speciality for this lifetime is Grail Priestess of Sacred Reunification.

Back in 2021 I completed my Priestess trainings with another Trauma Informed course in Shamanic Tantric Womb Priestessing, with Temple Tantric Healing Arts.

Pandora Star Light Therapy Technology

I am delighted to share the Pandora Star Machine as one of my latest technologies. This is an incredible LED Light Frequency Device which entrains brainwave frequency into those bandwidths which it can be difficult to reach. This awesome machine, when combined with a skilled therapist and energy healer, can take us into deep Breakthroughs in those areas of long standing stuckness and addiction which we never believed we could trascend.

I am honoured to be a part of the Pandora Star Therapy team with Todd Acamesis who  created and developed this innovative technology for Higher Consciousness Development.

Each one of these modalities and techniques I hold dear. They are all my magical threads, which I weave together so well for facilitating not only deep healing and transformation, but also activation of Spiritual Gifts & Codes within others.

I am able to initiate fellow Priestesses into a Remembrance and Reawakening of their multidimensional Gifts & Technologies.
